Due to continued expansion throughout the UK, Aptus Utilities requires a Tendering Coordinator to join our Estimating team at Bolton head office.
Job Title: Tendering CoordinatorReports to: Estimating Manager
- Set up new tender enquiries onto our bespoke database
- Calculate load requirements for connection applications
- Liaise with network operators in all regions
- Log, monitor and track applications to maximise tender processing time
- Liaise with other departments to ensure tender deadlines are met using bespoke reports
- Produce asset value applications
- Compile contract award files ready for internal hand over
Essential Qualifications & Skills
- High level of accuracy and attention to detail
- Ability to work within timescales and to deadlines
- Strong written and numeracy ability
- Knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel
- Excellent communication skills
Experience in a similar role/within the utilities industry is desirable.
Working conditions are normal for an office environment. 40 hours per week.
Salary dependent upon experience
