We are fully accredited through Lloyd’s Multi-Utility Registration Scheme (MURS) to install utilities including gas, water, electricity and street lighting, as a single or multi-utility package, for clients on residential, commercial and industrial developments.
As an Independent Connections Provider (ICP) our bespoke solutions can be designed for sites ranging from one plot to hundreds. Our flexibility means work on small schemes, including one-off connections and disconnections, are easily accommodated within our programme of operations. This enables us to work as effectively for local independent builders as we do for national companies.
With an extensive fleet operating out of five depots – located at Leyland in Lancashire, Penrith in Cumbria, Gateshead in Tyne and Wear, Burntwood in Staffordshire, and Normanton in Yorkshire – along with our workforce of over 250 fully equipped and skilled personnel, we are able to support industrial and commercial developments as well as sizable residential schemes. This capability allows us to offer full support across the UK construction sector.
At Aptus, we understand the frustrations and complexities of constructing utility infrastructure on building developments, which is why we have refined our cost and time-saving ‘one-stop’ option for clients. We take the pressure off developers by managing the whole process, from design and installation through to commissioning and adoption, with one point of contact to coordinate our integrated solution.
Our expert team will work with you to understand your needs and implement a tailor-made solution to your scheme. We are confident we can meet the requirements of the most demanding of construction sites within budget and to strict time scales while maintaining the highest standards in health, safety and quality.
