About Aptus in Bolton
Bolton is the original home of Aptus and where the first 5 members of staff were housed in 2010.
Since then, we have outgrown many an office here, making our fourth move in 2018 to Aptus House, a space spanning 22,000 sqft, spread out over two floors.
The ground floor being open plan houses a team of over 100 staff, training rooms, boardrooms, and a reception area. The upper floor has a large training and meeting space and also provides an opportunity for expansion, as Aptus continues to gain new clients and contracts across all regions.
Seen as the ‘head office’ Aptus House includes staff across HR, design, finance, and our commercial teams.
Its prime location, just off the M61 on Wingate Industrial Estate, provides excellent road links and is less than a one-mile walk from Westhoughton train station.

Aptus are fully accredited through the Lloyd’s Multi-Utility Registration Scheme (MURS) to install multi-utility connections including electricity, water, gas and street lighting as a single or multi-utility package for clients on residential, commercial and industrial developments.
