In order to ensure that we meet and even exceed our obligations, we have a dedicated HSQE department which is responsible for developing and implementing a class-leading safety policy.
Our policy aims to provide and support a culture where health and safety are at the top of everyone’s agenda. This is achieved by ensuring that all our staff, operatives and subcontractors receive adequate training, have the correct PPE and feel empowered to raise any concerns that they may have. Internal focus groups are utilised to challenge our HSQE processes to ensure that we are continually striving to achieve best practice.
