Overall Purpose of the Role
The primary responsibility will be to assist in the provision of our administration requirements.
What you will be doing:
- Creating documentation to be issued to site, including work instructions
- Chase paperwork from clients and asset owners
- Ensure systems are kept up to date
- Completing and submitting paperwork to relevant personnel Perform general clerical duties to include but not limited to: photocopying, emailing, and filing
- Upload documentation to Aptus operational staff to enable them to work safely and correctly
- Liaise with all departments and provide administration assistance, where necessary
- Any other office duties, as required

- Good knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Office, Word, and Outlook
- Good Literacy and Numeracy Skills
- Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
- Good telephone manner
- Good team working skills
- Ability to problem solve
- Ability to manage own workload, set priorities and work to strict deadlines

Apprenticeship Scheme: Working towards achieving Certificate for Business Administration Level 3
Job Type: Full time (40 hours per week), Fixed term over a period of 18/20 months and will be working within an office environment.
