Streetlighting Civils Team

Overall Purpose of the Role:

With the need for further expansion and flexibility, we require additional civils teams to support our existing street lighting teams. We are looking for 2 teams to assist with for the installation of street lighting columns, EV Chargers & feeder pillars along with joint bays for our contracts around Midland’s or Northeast/ Cumbria area.

What you will be doing:

• Column installations and joint bays to allow for jointing teams to service the columns
• EV Charger bases & track work
• Feeder Pillar Installations
• Setting up and removing TM where needed
• Back fill where required
• Cable pulls
• Meeting the requirements of Individual Contracts terms and conditions
• Other duties will be required at Managers discretion

What we ask from you:

• Experienced in working to challenging performance measures
• Good communication and drawing reading skills
• Able to understand and implement Risk Assessments and method statements
• Flexible in working hours and to be available when needed – including some weekends
• Full driving licence & Towing required
• Machine Ticket
• Full Streetworks
• Manual Handling
• First Aid
• HSG47 (Desirable)

This role will be 45 hours per week, permanent/full time.
