Streetworks Noticing Co-Ordinator

What you will be going:

  • Monitor the programme and forward advisories on licence closure dates.
  • Filing information provided to ensure information is at hand where necessary.
  • Liaising and chasing TM contractors for design drawings, getting them proof checked prior to application being made.
  • Making payments to the local authorities for licencing.
  • Attending the weekly programme meeting and providing updates on live schemes.
  • Attending relevant in office or teams meeting with the local authorities or relevant 3rd parties for any licencing requirements.
  • Highlighting issues and FPN in good time for PDM / PM response.
  • Undertaking line searches and land registry searches for information required prior to applications.
  • Providing back up to the admin team and covering various other admin related tasks where needed.

What we ask from you

  • Have a good working knowledge of The New Roads & Street Works Act and Traffic Management Act;
  • Knowledge of the utility industry (preferably Multi Utility) is desirable
  • A current NRSWA certificate
  • Experience of liaising with local authorities in NWest, NEast and Midlands would be an advantage but is not an essential requirement
  • Have an understanding of Section 50 road opening notice licences
  • Build positive customer relationships, internally and externally, to the benefit of the Aptus and our clients throughout the uk
  • To have a working knowledge of works management systems;
  • Manage and prioritise workload, ensuring operational targets are met
  • Experience working within street works and traffic management
