Aptus supporting charity at Christmas

This December we have been busy supporting a number of charitable causes, including collecting toys, books and games for the Bolton Lions Christmas Toy Appeal. The appeal, now in its 35th year, delivers presents to children across Bolton – last year they were able to deliver toys to 1,274 children.

Aptus staff generously amassed a pile of goodies for the collection, which was further aided by £120 from a football scratch card fundraiser. Find out more about the charity and its work at www.boltonlions.org.uk.

In November staff supported Urban Outreach by donating Advent calendars to be delivered to children from disadvantaged families. Urban Outreach has been helping vulnerable families and individuals in Bolton since 1990. You can read more about their important work at www.urbanoutreach.co.uk.

Every year Aptus employees enter into the spirit of Christmas Jumper Day and this year was no exception, with an array of festive knits and wacky woollen wear on display as the team raised more than £70 for Save the Children UK.
