Aptus Utilities’ response to the COVID-19 virus and our continuing operations

We would like to reassure all our clients, partners and suppliers that Aptus Utilities is fully prepared and equipped to meet all demands for our services.

In light of the global precautions issued for the coronavirus (COVID-19) we are reaffirming our commitment to safeguarding the health and wellbeing of our employees, customers and partners.

We are continuously monitoring Government, NHS and WHO advice and following all guidelines to ensure the health and safety of staff and their families.

Our operational teams are continuing to work on site in line with client build programs. The majority of office staff are now working from home and have been supplied with the appropriate technology and equipment to carry on with their day-to-day job as usual. We have been testing this over the past few weeks to ensure that we are prepared for this situation.

All external face-to-face meetings have been replaced by video call or teleconferencing.

The situation with coronavirus (COVID-19) is in a state of flux and we will continue to review the facts and official guidance in order to make the decisions necessary to protect our workforce, clients and partners. We will update this post if there are any significant changes.
