World Wellbeing Week 26-30 June

This World Wellbeing Week we are encouraging everyone to look after their own health and wellbeing and reminding colleagues about the support available at Aptus. Here are just a few of the benefits we offer…

Access your Employee Assistance Programme (EAP)

This gives access to a free, confidential helpline and free support, advice and other resources via our partner healthcare provider Health Assured.

Make use of the free Digital GP

This is an online/telephone GP service via MetLife UK which is offered to colleagues and their families. The service is accessible 24/7, 365 days a year and offers consultations via video call or over the telephone.

Attend a ‘Know Your Numbers’ clinic

This is a health check that tests blood pressure, cholesterol and blood sugar levels – which can all be contributing factors in heart disease. Voluntary 15-minute assessments are available to all colleagues during drop-in sessions at our regional offices

Sign up to a health club

One of the benefits we offer includes discounts on memberships with partner gyms and health clubs including David Lloyd Leisure, Nuffield Health and more.

Check in on your mental health

We have 30+ colleagues trained as Mental Health First Aiders through MHFA England who are there to help.

Eat more fruit!

All this week fresh fruit boxes are being delivered to our offices and depots – we hope the healthy treats are going down well!

Book your place on our annual ‘Family Fun Day’

This is attended by more than 200 colleagues and their families who enjoy free hospitality, food and entertainment as a ‘thank you’ for all their hard work and support. We feel this is important for wellbeing and showing our appreciation.

If you’re interested in joining our team and want to know more check out our latest job opportunities. Here you can also download our brochure to find out more about the benefits we offer to colleagues.
