What pressure do gas mains operate at in the UK?
In the UK, gas mains operate at two different pressures: low pressure and medium pressure.
- A gas connection is classified as low pressure when the gas pressure supplied to it is less than 75mbar.
- A gas connection is classified as medium pressure when the gas pressure supplied to it is between 75mbar and 2bar.
How long does it take to get a new commercial gas connection or meter?
