We are pleased to announce that Aptus Utilities is set to expand its multi utilities portfolio in England.
Up to 78 projects across 27 new and existing clients, from the Scottish Borders to the Midlands are being novated from Clancy. The novation of contracts is with developers and the gas, water and electric-adopting network owners.
Aptus will fulfil the remaining scope of works, providing a seamless process with the same commercial outturn for developers. All works will be delivered through our sustainable business model, regional depots, local workforce and existing supply chain. We are continually reinforcing these areas and looking at ways to strengthen the business to support the ever-increasing demand for our services.
Aptus Utilities has achieved significant growth over the past decade. This success is the result of a business built on our core values and the combined commitment of an experienced and customer-focused workforce.
The company has established an excellent reputation for customer service and has built strong relationships with clients. We welcome this opportunity to develop existing and new relationships and look forward to working closely with clients to deliver novated and future projects.
Aptus Utilities has experience in novating contracts having previously managed the process for a number of market-exiting companies. The most recent of these was Western Power Distribution following their decision to exit the multi utility market in 2018.
In all instances, our relationships with network owners and quality of service and workmanship have given assurance to companies that their assets will be installed and connected to the high standards they expect.
Aptus Utilities has significant growth plans over the coming years and we would like to reassure all developers that the strong sustainable model which has proved so successful will continue to put customer service at the forefront of all relationships.
Aptus is facilitating Clancy’s exit of the multi-utilities market in residential development following a strategic review that has seen Clancy refocus on long-term frameworks within energy and water.
