Perfect score for Aptus in 2020/2021 ISO Audit

Aptus recently had an ISO surveillance audit as part of the accreditation requirements. This checks that we are doing everything that we say we are when it comes to our processes.

During the audit, all Aptus management systems were verified to ensure they are compliant with the relevant ISO standard.

The audit also highlights any actions taken to ensure we are meeting the quality objectives we laid out. These checks are incredibly important in ensuring the health and wellbeing of our colleagues whilst also making sure we are delivering on our promises to our customers.

We are proud to say that the report found zero nonconformities and overall, we received a ‘very good surveillance audit’ which basically means that we are doing everything that we said we would do.

According to the auditors, Aptus Utilities has “Established and maintained its management system in conformance with the requirements of the standard(s) and demonstrated to the audit team that the management system is effective in its ability to systematically achieve the requirements for products and or services within the scope of its activities and in accordance with its policy and objectives.”

The good news is that our management systems meet the required ISO90001:2015, ISO14001:2015 and ISO45001:2018.

This report is testament to the great job everybody in the business is doing and continues to do.
