Update on company response to COVID-19

Aptus Utilities have been closely monitoring the changing guidance and situation regarding the COVID-19 (coronavirus) pandemic over the past few weeks.

We have been regularly updating our customers, suppliers and staff on our position and have been keeping the safety of our staff and their families as our first priority.

In an attempt to protect our workforce, to combat the spread of the virus and following close communications with clients to complete critical works, we have now made the decision to temporarily close the operational side of our business from Friday 27th March 2020. We expect to re-open on Monday 20th April 2020, but this will be subject to government guidance.

This is not a decision that the company has taken lightly and we have considered the impact of customer service throughout the decision-making process.

Although our site operations will cease temporarily on 27th March 2020, all other business functions will continue as normal in order to ensure that any queries that you may have can be dealt with in the timely manner.

We will continue to update our staff, suppliers and customers, as the situation develops.

We would like to take this opportunity to thank you all for your continued support and would like to wish you and your families all the best during these difficult times.
