Business Development Director appointed to support growth ambitions

Dan Owen newsWe are pleased and proud to announce that Dan Owen, our former Estimating Manager has been promoted to Business Development Director.

Dan joined Aptus in 2014 as an Estimator and has been leading the department as Estimating Manager since 2015.

Dan has been fundamental to the growth and success of Aptus Utilities and has shown commitment and determination to see the business succeed.

Dan has a proven track record in delivering year-on-year sales growth within his team and his expertise in Business Development will strengthen the Executive Board of Directors, currently comprising Managing Director, Operations Director, People Director and Finance Director.

Managing Director, Lisa Kerford said of the promotion: “We have ambitious growth plans here at Aptus and with business development key to this growth, it is important that there is representation on the Executive team. Dan will make an excellent addition to the Management Board and we are very pleased for him.”

Dan will continue to manage the estimating team, whilst carrying out his new role.

On his promotion, Dan said: “I am really grateful to be given this opportunity. Having been part of the exceptional journey which has led the company to where it is today, I’m excited to join the Executive team and help steer Aptus into the future. I am confident that we will exceed our targets and cement our position as industry leaders”.

Dan assumes his new role on 9th August 2021.

People Director

Natasha Clarke heads up the People functions at Aptus, including Human Resources and internal and external communications. She has assisted in the training and development of a number of key members of staff and has also ensured a number of Business Administration Apprentices have successfully obtained their qualifications.
