Careers Week Focus: Eleanor’s progress

    At Aptus we are passionate about supporting our team to fulfil their career potential. During National Careers Week we caught up with Eleanor Smith who is among our longest serving colleagues and one of our fantastic apprentice success stories.

    Eleanor has been with Aptus since 2014 and recently started a new challenge as Lead Estimator for Yorkshire and the North East. In this role she will be instrumental in introducing our award-winning services to new developers and growing our reputation in the region.     Natasha Clarke heads up the People functions at Aptus, including Human Resources and internal and external communications. She has assisted in the training and development of a number of key members of staff and has also ensured a number of Business Administration Apprentices have successfully obtained their qualifications.
