    This National Apprenticeship Week we are celebrating our amazing apprentices and promoting the diverse apprenticeships and career pathways we offer within the multi-utilities industry.

    GROWING OUR OWN!

    We have been proactively growing our workforce through apprenticeships since 2012 and have recruited more than 70 apprentices on apprenticeship programmes ranging from business administration, to finance, warehousing and multi-utility schemes.

    The success of our apprenticeships and training has earned Aptus several awards, which is recognition of the valuable contribution apprentices are making to our business.

    Natasha Clarke heads up the People functions at Aptus, including Human Resources and internal and external communications. She has assisted in the training and development of a number of key members of staff and has also ensured a number of Business Administration Apprentices have successfully obtained their qualifications.
