We’re thrilled to be in the running at the finals of this year’s Insider North West Young Professionals Awards taking place in Manchester next month.
Our Multi Utility Apprenticeship scheme has been shortlisted for Graduate/Training Scheme of the Year, while four of our 2021 graduating Multi Utility Construction Apprentices Ethan, Connah, Adam and Jordan – who were among the highest achievers in the country – have also gone through to the finals in the Apprentice category.
We were delighted to receive the news of our shortlisting during National Careers Week (7th-12th March) and take this as acknowledgement of the hard work we are doing to promote utilities and construction careers to a new generation. Since 2015 we have developed an excellent partnership with Manchester based further education college Utility & Construction Training (UCT) which is helping us to address skills shortages through the delivery of a bespoke multi utility training programme. This is enabling us to successfully grow our own talent which benefits not only our business but the wider industry. The winners of the Insider North West Young Professionals Awards 2022 will be announced at the Midland Hotel in Manchester on 21st April at a ceremony recognising and celebrating the breadth of young professional talent across the North West. We’re proud of all our apprentices and the contribution they are making to the business and wish them all the best of luck! For the full shortlist visit Insider Media
